As professional florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order. Our goal is to exceed our customers' expectations and prove that Floral Design is not just something we do, It's what we Love!! We will make every attempt to fill your order to recipe. However, there are circumstances which call for substitutions on flowers and/or hard goods. All substitutions will be as similar as possible and of equal or higher value. We will also strive to deliver orders same day, however, it may not always be possible. We will be sure to contact you if this situation arises to schedule delivery for the following day. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we ask that you notify us within 24 HOURS of receipt (a photo is always helpful) and we will be happy to send a replacement. ** DELIVERY PROTOCOL If our recipient is not available at the time of delivery we will try surrounding neighbors and contact our recipient with details for pick up at their convenience. If neighbors are not available the flowers will be placed on our recipient's porch or front step (weather permitting) and a message will be left with our recipient. In the event of extreme weather conditions the order will be brought back to shop and our recipient will be contacted to schedule a pick up or redelivery at their convenience.
